What to Expect at Your Pet's Appointment

During your companion's wellness check, your veterinarian will thoroughly review your pet’s housing and nutrition. They will also discuss your pet's daily habits and the care that you provide to them.

Next, a comprehensive exam will be performed. This will include a nose-to-tail physical examination, a health screening and diagnostic testing. Vaccines will be discussed and recommended based on your companion's needs.

Based on the results of the exam and diagnostic tests, your veterinarian will discuss any husbandry, health, or behaviour concerns that they have. They will also take the time to answer any questions you might have about your pet's care.

Recommendations are tailored to the unique needs of each pet and their family.
